QoS DESIGN is a spin-off company working on innovative solutions in the areas of performance evaluation, simulation techniques, design and planning of telecommunication networks.

QoS Design was created by researchers and engineers involved in the conception of NetQUAD planning software at DELTA partners and a research team from the French public research Laboratory LAAS-CNRS.

QoS Design's Engineers are working on innovative software solutions and have a long experienced research knowledge. With more than 25 years of research in stochastic modelling techniques and optimisation applied to the control of large scale systems and telecommunication networks, QoS DESIGN proposes high valued solutions for the control of large scale telecommunication systems.

QoS Design has permanent and efficient partnership with main telecommunication european research centers, manufacturers and operators within licence and development contracts and collaborative research projects (RNRT & RNTL).

Qos Design develops and sells a consistent software suite for network modelling, simulation and planning. This software suite, called NEST (Network Engineering and Simulation Tool), has been designed for network operators and manufacturers who are in a crucial need of tools to design and size at the best cost their networks. It is the single network planning software providing both unique simulation techniques and powerful network optimization algorithms in an integrated workbench.
